Earning Online

June 12, 2007

As was posted previously, I need to double up on saving some moolah for the Ilocos trip.  It’s about a month away and I think I don’t have much on my pockets yet. emoticon

Recently, I’ve been making some money online and it’s very promising - and addicting.  I think you should try it too!

I use several online earning websites and they’re really great but there’s this new site that has caught my heart - Bloggerwave

I love how user friendly it is.  Everything I need is there at a click of the mouse.  The opportunities are wonderful as well and payments are quick.  Tasks are well thought of.  Other sites have advertisers who ask for 300 words and only offer a measely amount.  But Bloggerwave has none of that.

I suggest you try it out.  It never hurts to earn something on the side.  I started April and I’ve been able to buy stuff from my online earnings already! Check it out, it’s definitely worth your time.

An Efficient Way of Searching the World Wide Web

June 6, 2007

Has this ever happened to you?

You need to find a certain establishment or business, and then you forget the name of the company. Logically, you go to search engines and look for a certain category, let’s say restaurants. Of course your search returns with a lot of results - most of which you do not need. You need to go through hundreds of pages and then you get tired of looking and looking you just give up.

It happens to me all the time. And it’s frustrating. Now that’s a presonal opinion from an ordinary person.

But let’s just say you’re a businessman going into a new venture. Naturally, you would want your business to reach the farthest corners of the world and the easiest way to do that is the world wide web. So you go and enlist your site. But since your website is quite new, it will most probably be at the bottom of the hit/search list. Which translates to people getting tired of searching without even reaching the page where your site is listed.

If you have experienced this, then smile! Now you have masterseek. This is a new way of doing business. Business owners and their customer alike will be thrilled with their services.

For the customers, this is a wonderful and easy way to search for what they need. For business owners, a great exposure because masterseek uses triggered listings. And because they use keywords, your profiles will be placed under the right categories in 75 countries. The website also supports several languages.

Personaly, I think this is great news for me. I won’t have to go through countless of non sense sites just to get to what I need. Everything is placed under categories for easier and faster searching. So why not try it ou?

Gateway to History

April 16, 2007

My cousin arrived at New Jersey, USA Friday. We got a call from him yesterday and how I envy him as he was telling us all about that wonderful city! More and more, my passion for travelling is being rekindled.

My imagination took on new heights as he told us about going to ellis island and seeing the statue of liberty. He was gushing about how millions of immigrants from around the world began their new lives in America. He said he felt like he was one of them lol! My cousin has the same wierd immagination as I do! We re both usually like that when we travel. We learn about the history of the place and we imagine being there during that time. Makes travel more interesting don’t you think?

Anyway, we sort of burnt the wires as he told us plenty of more stories about Jersey City. Talk about excitement! In a span of 2 days he was able to visit and explore a lot of places there. The Liberty Science Center, The Waterfront, The Central Railroad Terminal and lots more! By the time he ended his travel stories, I was on the verge of holding up a bank so I could get some money to go there instantly! I am insanely jealous of his trip! (Insert drool here!), aww how I wish I was there, taking in all the sights with my trusty camera. I swear, once I am able to travel, this blog will become a travel blog of sorts lol! Oh and if you were as curious as I was about Jersey City, this is a great site with wonderful information.

So with that said, let me leave you with a sort of mini-travel-meme:

1. If you had all the money in the world, where would you travel (somewhere you haven’t been to before)?
2. What about that place (/those places) draws you?
3. When you travel, what is your usual purpose (i.e. shop, learn about the history, learn about culture, pure R &R, etc)?
4. Give one travel tip. :)

Okay, so I am tagging Mia, Amore and Ate Jen but feel free to answer the meme if you want. I’d appreciate it if you’d leave a comment with the link to your answers . Who knows, one of you might be in for a small surprise! :)

The Dream to Travel

January 18, 2007

Have you ever had that dream that you can’t let go? Well, I have one and that is to travel! I would love to go to the different parts of the globe, stay there for a couple of weeks, get to know the culture, the people, the language. I guess that’s the reason why I loved being an online travel specialist before. I love asking customers about their travels and they were more than willing to tell me their wonderful (or not) experience. When we had idle time, I would surf our site about the different countries.

I recently visited a Cheap Holidays website that offers travel in Europe and other places too. I was drooling over the destination they offer. Maldives, Italy, and a lot of other places to discover. Being a previous online travel agent, I found their website very user friendly when it comes to booking flights and searching for great holiday deals. They even have useful links you could visit when you want to find out about passports and stuff.

I could just imagine being in those places, carrying my trusty Canon S3 IS and just clicking away. I can see myself talking to people, trying to learn the language. Sigh!

Okay, so I have to end this post. I still have to go back to their site and dream.
